Wrestling Registration Form

Before taking the mat for the 2011 - 2012 wrestling season, each of the above forms need to be printed out, signed and given to NeAndra Perkins. You can always find her at practice, which starts December 1st @ 6:00 PM at the Middle School gym. (where the pool used to be) We will not accept any new registrations after December 31st, 2011.
